Visa card offers in the Gulf

The short answer

Visa lists offers on its country websites, and they cover travel, hotels, tours and other partner deals. Each offer has its own dates, terms and sometimes card tier, so read the terms on the offer page before you pay. We confirmed official Visa pages for the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait.

Quick facts

Where Visa lists its offers

Visa runs a website for each country. The UAE site has a section called Visa offers and perks, with a link to explore deals from Visa's partners, and a separate travel offers page. The Kuwait site has its own pages, including a travel support page that lists offers. Visa's Saudi Arabia site has its own pages, including a Visa Signature page that links to offers.

We opened the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Kuwait pages. We could not open or confirm local offer pages for Qatar, Bahrain or Oman, so if you live there, start at Visa's own site for your country and at your bank's card page.

What kind of offers there are

The Kuwait travel support page, when we opened it, listed offers such as up to 10% off tours and activities with Viator, 15% off at InterContinental hotels in the Middle East and Africa, and up to 20% off SIXT rentals worldwide. It also listed discounts at attractions and shopping destinations, each with its own end date.

Several of the dates on that page were already past when we checked on 2 October 2026. That is normal for card offers. Treat any figure as a snapshot and check the live page.

Which cards qualify

The pages we opened do not give one list of qualifying cards. Offers are tied to the offer itself. Some are for any Visa cardholder. Others depend on the card tier. For example, Visa's Kuwait travel page says Visa Infinite and Signature cardholders get travel insurance and 24/7 concierge services, and the Dubz airport offer lists 10% for Platinum and Signature cards and 15% for Infinite.

Visa Infinite is Visa's premium range. Visa says its Infinite series includes access to events, a global concierge and lifestyle perks, and that banks issue these cards to eligible clients. So the card your bank gave you decides how much of the perks list you can use.

How to redeem an offer

Each offer page explains its own steps. In general the steps are:

  1. Find the offer on your country's Visa page and read the dates and terms.
  2. Check whether your card tier qualifies.
  3. Pay with your Visa card. Some offers also need a promo code or a special booking link, which the offer page will tell you.
  4. Keep the receipt or booking confirmation in case the discount does not show.

Tips for using Visa offers

  • Read the end date first. Many offers are short.
  • Pay in local currency where you can. Visa's Kuwait travel page suggests this to avoid conversion markups.
  • Tell your bank before you travel, as the same page advises.
  • Offers from Visa are separate from your bank's own cashback. Check your bank's terms for minimum spend, caps and excluded categories on the card you use.
  • If an offer needs a particular card tier, do not assume your card has it. Check the offer terms or ask your bank.

How Fawz helps

Fawz is not released yet, and people join a waiting list. When it is out, it suggests which of your cards to use at the till, so you can see whether a Visa card or another card makes sense for a purchase.

It tracks your minimum monthly spend and caps, which helps you avoid using a Visa card for an offer and missing your cashback target on another card. Fawz never stores card numbers or bank logins and never reads SMS.
